Bagian yang bulat yang di celupkan ke minyak      atau margarine cair, di oles2kan ke wajan, sehingga minyak tidak      berlebihan di wajan. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Tips &amp;amp; Trick&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;                                                  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul style="text-align: justify;" type="disc"&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Kulit Risoles berbeda dengan kulit lumpia siap pakai      yang bisa beli di pasar tradisional atau supermarket. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Kulit Risoles lebih lembut, karena mengandung lebih      banyak air dan telur, tidak renyah setelah di goreng, sementara kulit      lumpia hanya air saja dan garing renyah setelah di goreng. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Kulit Risoles yang bagus, harus tipis tetapi liat/alot      tak mudah robek. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Kulit yang terlalu tebal, akan pecah saat di pakai      membungkus dan dilipat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Ketipisan kulit risoles dipengaruhi dari jumlah      campuran air dan jumlah adonan saat mendadarnya. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Makin banyak air, adonan makin encer, makin mudah di      buat tipis, tapi ini belum tentu baik hasilnya, karena makin encer adonan,      kulit akan makin rapuh. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Supaya kulit liat dan tidak rapuh, adonan harus diuleni      dulu sampai kalis dan diistirahatkan kira kira 30 menit sebelum di dadar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Mencampur adonan, yaitu mencampur tepung, telur dan      air, jangan di remas-remas, karena kalau di remas, pasti akan meringkil. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Gunakan whisker, sendok kayu atau bahkan telapak tangan      langsung saat mengaduk adonan, dengan putaran searah, dengan menuang air      sedikit demi sedikit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Hentikan sementara menuang air saat adonan menjadi      pasta kental, aduk2 sampai kalis, atau keplok2 jika menggunakan tangan      langsung. Adonan makin lama makin halus dan lentur, adonan terlihat licin,      halus dan waktu di tarik rada mulur &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Lama mengaduk atau menepuk-nepuk, tergantung tenaga dan      kekentalan adonan. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Setelah di rasa cukup, tambahkan air sedikit-sedikit      sambil di aduk-aduk sampai rata, lakukan sampai air habis. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Kalau mengaduknya kurang oke, sehingga ada      beberapa yang meringkil, jangan segan-segan di saring setelah air di tuang      semua. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Saat ini, ada alat bernama master crepes, wajan      terbalik untuk mendadar kulit risoles dengan rapi, tanpa butuh ketrampilan      khusus. Tidak banyak orang yang memiliki wajan jenis ini, karena harganya      mahal, bisa 5 atau 6 kali lipat dari wajan dadar biasa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Jika tidak ada master crepes, gunakan wajan dadar      (biasa kita sebut teflon), atau bahkan wajan biasa yang cekung, tentu      perlu berlatih untuk ini, latihan tak sesulit yang dikira banyak orang. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Gunakan wajan dadar berlapis teflon, supaya tidak usah      mengoles dengan minyak goreng. Karena kalau selalu di oles minyak goreng,      kulit kelihatan bopeng-bopeng tidak cantik.
